[Sitting at a table with a tea set for two]

Real, proper tea? Fantastic! I'd love some.

The very best, imported from England. How do you take it? Milk, sugar?

Yes to both, thank you kindly. I haven't had a decent cup of tea in ages. Coffee's everywhere, but even the best is crap to my tastes.

[Mixes Drake's tea deftly and sets it before him.] Here you go.

I can brew a decent pot of coffee myself, but I've always preferred tea. If I need the caffeine I'll just take a No Doz.

My name's Mio. And yours?

[takes a sip and beams] Perfect! My compliments.

I'm Drake. Nice to meet you, Mio.

So what brings a pretty young lady like yourself here?

Why, thank you.

Pleasure to meet you as well, Drake.

I always try to take an afternoon tea break. My job requires long hours and can be quite stressful, so if I don't consciously set aside time to relax I'll go insane.

*driving around in DeLorean form*

[honks, revs engine]

*oh hai, other car! Honks as well, then revs engine and flickers headlights. Race?*

[VROOM VROOM]

[powerslides over, fishtails playfully, speeds off in a cloud of smoke]

[try to catch her!]

*honks at her and zooms off, doing her best to catch up. DeLorean coming up hard on your right, Lambo!*

[zig-zags, coming close enough to give Dee a good look at her tailpipes before zooming away again, but not too far]

[nothing but flat open ground and a new playmate!]

[flashes taillights, engine roars teasingly]

*Oooo, if she had her hover conversion. . . .

she flashes her headlights in return and revs it up, finally managing to pull even with the Lambo for a moment. The lights mounted on her frame glow with pride.*

[Lambo can go ridiculously faster, but chooses not to, letting Dee "catch" her. Downshifting, she decelerates and steers to the right, then tightens into a spiral that turns into a series of donuts, smoke and squealing tires marking the loops.]

[Lambo is going to teach you such bad habits, Dee.]

*Oooo, that looks like fun! Dee tries to do the same, tires squealing as she goes round --

Unfortunately, she just spins out, going about in circles until coming to a stop a few feet away. Her headlights blink erratically -- dizzy car is dizzy.*

[Engine rumbles in amusement]

[Pulls up next to Dee and honks inquisitively]

*Oh sure, laugh at her. Dee rumbles her engine in what she hopes is the equivalent of a raspberry.

She gets her bearings and honks back* :D

[Idles thoughtfully]

[Decides to teach Dee how to lay down tire tracks]

[Revs up, revs up, revs up-]

[Upshifts, burns rubber!]

*Dee watches, then does her best to copy. Rev rev rev --

Upshift --

Squeal go the tires!

Not bad for a first attempt?*

[Growls approvingly]

[Again!]

[Deliberately fishtails, laying doing a squiggly pair of lines from her back wheels]

*Dee grumbles appreciatively -- nice. Then, suddenly, she gets a rather wicked idea. She honks once, then takes off down the road, building up speed until she hits 88 miles per hour.

BOOM! Dee vanishes for a bit, leaving FLAMING tire tracks behind. She reappears a minute later, now all iced up, but revving her engine happily.*

[Lambo is initially alarmed, tires squealing as she darts around looking for debris]

[When Dee reappears, she rumbles in relief, but beeps scoldingly for not giving her any warning]

*Dee lets out a apologetic growl from her engine -- she got a little too excited about showing off her trick. But -- she flashes the lights on her again -- wasn't it cool? Her Daddy built so many neat things into her!*
